Mradul Srivastava

Mradul Srivastava has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mradul started their career as a Trainee at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd in 2002 and later worked as an Engineer at Moser Baer India Ltd from 2003 to 2005. Mradul then joined Precision Pipes and profiles co. Ltd as a Compounding Incharge for a year. In 2006, they moved to Standard Carpets Ind LLC where they served as a Manager-Production and Quality Assurance for almost a decade. In 2015, they became a Partner at Renaissance Services, a position they held until 2017. Currently, they are associated with Welspun Flooring, where they began as a General Manager and eventually became the Sr. General Manager (Operations Head - Soft flooring). Their tenure at Welspun Flooring is ongoing.

Mradul Srivastava completed their education with a PGDBA degree in Operations from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a PGD in plastic technology with a specialization in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET) in 2002. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Welspun Data Analytics Program with Advanced PowerBI from United Latino Students Association in March 2023.
