Rajarshi Ghosh

Rajarshi Ghosh has extensive work experience in the textile industry. Rajarshi currently holds the position of President & Business Head at Welspun Group since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as Sr Vice President - Plant and Operational Excellence at Welspun Flooring starting from March 2021. Rajarshi also has a long history with Arvind Limited, where they held various roles over the years. Notably, they were Vice President - Operations, Wovens from May 2018 to February 2021, Head-Technical from April 2013 to April 2018, Head - QA & Innovation from April 2010 to March 2013, Chief Manager - QA from January 2007 to March 2010, Senior Manager - QA from January 2004 to December 2006, and Manager - QA from January 1999 to December 2003. Their career at Arvind Limited began as a Management Trainee in June 1994 and lasted until May 1995.

Rajarshi Ghosh completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Textile Technology from the Govt. College of Engg. and Textile Technology, Serampur 110. Rajarshi studied at this institution from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) in Textile Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 1995 to 1996.
