Francisco Idelson has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Supervisor of Sales at Oi until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they progressed to the role of Sales Manager at the same company. In 2017, they became the Training Coordinator and in 2018, they became the Business Manager and Partner in franchise at Oi. In 2019, Francisco joined Airbnb as a Design Researcher until 2020. Francisco then worked at IndulgeMe as a Service Design and Customer Experience professional until 2021. In the same year, they joined BEM as a Business Development and Customer Experience specialist. Currently, they are working at weme as a Business Designer and Design Lead. Their responsibilities in this role include innovation project construction, corporate venture building, and applying user-centered design methods and tools.
Francisco Idelson completed their Service Design degree at the Istituto Europeo di Design - IED São Paulo from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Arquitetura e Urbanismo at Centro Educacional Unieuro starting in 2014. In addition to their formal education, Francisco obtained certifications in Bio-thinking (Biomimética) from Nous Comunicação Consciente in 2020, Design Thinking from Espaço D in 2019, and Management 3.0 from Happy Melly in 2018. Francisco also attended Dale Carnegie Training, specializing in Gestão interpessoal, in 2019.
