Iasmim Brandão

Iasmim Brandão has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Iasmim is currently working as a Strategic Consultant in Personnel and Business Strategy at IMAB Consultoria since September 2022. Their role includes connecting HR processes and people to business strategies to drive results.

Prior to their current role, Iasmim worked as the Head of HR at weme from November 2022.

From December 2020 to September 2022, they served as the HR Executive Manager at Grupo Salta Educação. Before that, they held the positions of HR Manager from September 2019 to December 2020 and HR Coordinator from September 2017 to September 2019 within the same company.

From July 2014 to September 2017, Iasmim worked at PwC as a Consultant in People & Change. Their responsibilities included talent management, change management, and organizational restructuring projects.

In 2014, they were a Recruitment Analyst at BRMALLS for a brief period.

Iasmim also gained experience at Unimed-Rio as a People Partner from January 2011 to July 2012. Their role involved recruitment, competency assessment, and preparing management reports.

At the beginning of their career, from November 2009 to December 2010, Iasmim worked as a Social Service professional at a Police Station.

Iasmim Brandão has a strong educational background in the field of psychology. Iasmim first pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Centro Universitário IBMR from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they engaged in an academic exchange program at Universidad Europea in 2013-2014 to further expand their knowledge in the field. In 2015, Iasmim pursued an MBA in Leadership and People Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, which they successfully completed in 2017. Seeking further professional development, they pursued a Postgraduate program in Business from Fundação Dom Cabral from 2018 to 2019.
