Ted Sweet

Ted Sweet is an experienced operations manager currently serving as the Operations Support Manager at wemlo since 2022. Previously, Ted held various leadership roles at the Institute for Mathematics and Computer Science (IMACS) from 2002 to 2020, including Vice President of Operations, where Ted streamlined business operations and expanded partnerships with educational institutions. As Director of Staff Development, Ted implemented innovative hiring and onboarding systems, initiated a successful in-house CRM expansion, and improved employee satisfaction through class schedule restructuring. Ted also revitalized marketing processes as Director of Marketing and Customer Retention, leading to increased revenue and reduced customer attrition. Ted holds a PhD and MS in Mathematics from UCLA and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Miami.
