Holly Thorpe

Holly Thorpe is an experienced English faculty member at Wenatchee Valley College since August 2017, where also serves as a part-time adjunct instructor. In addition, Holly works as a freelance reporter for Wenatchee Valley Business World and previously held the position of Go!/Digital Editor at Wenatchee World. Holly has taught English composition at Eastern Washington University and engaged in freelance writing for Foothills Magazine. Additional experience includes tutoring at the Odegaard Writing and Research Center and internships in legislative reporting and online news in Bangalore, India. Holly holds a PhD in Education and an MFA in Creative Writing, along with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism.
