Paul Sikora

Paul Sikora is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the engineering and product development sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Wenco International Mining Systems since June 2021, Sikora previously co-founded Tectio from May 2020 to May 2021 and worked as a Product Integrity Specialist at KATERRA from July 2019 to April 2020. Notably, during a decade-long tenure at Schneider Electric, Sikora led a multi-continental team of over 180 members as Engineering Director for Power Plant Converters and formulated global service strategies as a Senior Manager. Earlier in the career, Sikora held the position of Program Manager at Xantrex Technology. Educational qualifications include CMC certification.
