Michael Winn

Michael Winn is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the New Product Development Manager and Special Projects Engineer at Wencor Group since 2021. In this role, Michael leads a team of three Program Managers to support product development in a division generating over $80 million in annual revenue. Previously holding positions as Mechanical Engineer II and Mechanical Engineer I at Wencor, Michael designed and developed engineering projects, successfully exceeding annual design goals by 190%. Michael's early experience includes a Process Engineering Internship at ZPower, where designs for robotic inspection stations were created, as well as work as a Machinist/Fabricator at the family business, Winn's Welding & Repair INC, specializing in machinery repair and custom fabrication. Michael holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
