Coleen M. Cook-Wagner has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and systems. Coleen M. started their career in the United States Navy, where they served as an Electronics Technician First Class from 1980 to 1988. Following their service in the Navy, they joined Motorola as an IT Network Systems Analyst, working there from 1988 to 1999.

In 2000, Coleen joined Ernst & Young, LLP as a Manager in the IT Security and Technology Solutions Practice. Coleen M. held this role for a year before transitioning to Catholic Health System in 2001, where they worked as the Manager of Networking and Technical Services until 2006.

After leaving Catholic Health System, Coleen joined Independent Health as the IT Director, a position they held from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, they joined WENDEL Companies, where they held various roles including Associate Principal, Director of Technology and Information Systems, Director of PMO, and Director of Information Technology.

Coleen's work experiences have allowed their to gain expertise in various areas of IT and information systems management.

Coleen M. Cook-Wagner has a diverse education background. Coleen M. obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Buffalo State University, where they studied from 1995 to 2001. Later, in 2007 to 2008, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York.

In addition to their academic achievements, Coleen also holds several certifications. In 1996, they became a Certified Quality Technician from the American Society for Quality. In 2005, they obtained their Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Most notably, in 2010, they achieved the rank of Merchant Mariner - Master Licensed Captain from the United States Coast Guard.
