Nona Khutsishvili

Nona Khutsishvili has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as an HR Administration Specialist at ProCredit Bank Georgia. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as the Head of Labour and Legal Relations Unit at Wissol Petroleum Georgia. In 2015, they held two positions simultaneously, serving as the Head of HR at both Wendy's Georgia and Dunkin' Georgia. Nona also worked as the Compensations and Benefits Manager at Smart Retail JSC from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are the Head of HR at SUBWAY Georgia, a position they have held since 2023.

Nona Khutsishvili has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from BTU • Business and Technology University. Nona also attended Tbilisi State University and studied Applied Mathematics, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree in this field.
