Joel Kretz

Joel Kretz currently serves as Senior Manager for Development & Franchise Finance at The Wendy's Company, where responsibilities include strategic finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and operations management. Kretz leads a team focused on driving growth strategies across the US segment with significant EBITDA contributions and oversees a substantial number of capital investments annually. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Global Development Finance & FP&A, Investment Banking Associate at ArkMalibu, and Fixed Income Strategist at BOK Financial. Kretz holds an MBA in Finance from Xavier University and a BS in Finance and Business Economics from Marquette University. Additionally, Kretz is an active community member, serving on the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Dublin, Ohio and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Capital University.
