Kevin Smith is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Professional Development Manager at Wenger Manufacturing, Inc. since October 2018, where Kevin has successfully pioneered and managed a Learning Management System, as well as trained sub-administrators. Prior experience includes a role as Training Supervisor at Altec, focusing on developing and managing onboarding curricula, and a position as Senior Training Manager/Administrator in the US Army, overseeing training for forty personnel and implementing effective adult learning techniques. Kevin's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from McMaster University.
