Aaron Sparks

Aaron Sparks has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Co-Founder and President of the Jackson Sparks Foundation, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at WennSoft as a Mobile Application Consultant and Support Engineer, starting in July 2014. In this role, their responsibilities included the deployment of mobility and portal solutions, system architecture definition, implementation, testing, and client training. Aaron also served as a subject matter expert for mobile product solutions. From January 2013 to July 2014, Aaron worked at U.S. Cellular as a Technical Support representative, providing 2nd-tier mobile device technical support for a major cell phone service provider. This involved supporting a wide range of mobile devices and operating systems, including Android, Apple iOS, Windows Phone, Blackberry, and BREW. Prior to that, they worked at HarrisData as a Software Support and Implementation specialist from February 2008 to July 2012. In this role, they provided implementation, training, and business consultation services, as well as managed the enhancement and defect development cycle. Aaron's early career involved a role at Wackenhut as an Access Control System Administrator from January 2005 to January 2007, where they managed GE's SecurePerfect Access control systems and controlled cardholder access to specific areas for all GE Healthcare facilities. Overall, Aaron Sparks has a strong background in mobile technology, software support and implementation, and access control systems administration.

Aaron Sparks obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they studied from 1999 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Network and Communications Management (MNCM) with an Information Security concentration at the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, from 2012 to 2014.
