Darin Roark

Darin Roark, BSN, MBA, FACHE, currently serves as President and COO of Wentworth-Douglass Hospital since July 2023. Previously, Darin held various leadership roles at Baptist Health from August 2012 to July 2023, including Hospital President, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, business development, and operational oversight for a new 102-bed hospital and numerous emergency departments. Key positions included Vice President for Ambulatory Campuses and System Emergency Services, and Vice President for the Oncology Service Line, contributing to market share growth and the establishment of a significant outpatient cancer treatment center. Earlier experience includes roles at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital, Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Advocate Health Care, Rush Oak Park Hospital, and Carle Foundation Hospital, emphasizing emergency and critical care management.
