Harm Bergmann-Kramer

Harm Bergmann-Kramer has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Harm started their career at Mondi Packaging in 2007 as a Project & Operation Manager. Harm then joined Drewsen Spezialpapiere GmbH & Co. KG in 2009 as Head of Production. From 2012 onwards, they worked at Mondi, initially as Deputy Technical Director UFP and later as Technical Director UFP. In this role, they were responsible for the operations, quality, and product development of multiple facilities. Harm successfully implemented investments worth 1 billion euros and initiated productivity improvements. In 2021, they joined WEPA as the Chief Technology Officer, and later transitioned to the role of Chief Operations Officer in 2023.

Harm Bergmann-Kramer attended Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2004, but did not complete a specific degree or field of study during this time. In June 2019, they enrolled in the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
