Alberto Rodrigo Pereira has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alberto Rodrigo is currently employed at WePayments as the Chief Information Security Officer since November 2023, having previously worked as an Information Security Manager from December 2022 to October 2023. Prior to this, Alberto worked at Vibe IT - Soluções em Tecnologia as a Data Protection Officer. Their role involved project management for LGPD and GDPR compliance, data flow mapping, infrastructure auditing, and system development.

From September 2006 to February 2013, Alberto held the role of Gerente de Infraestrutura de TI at Faculdade de Tecnologia de Curitiba - FATEC-PR. Alberto Rodrigo led teams of 22 employees in the systems and IT infrastructure departments, managed IT contracts and finances, and ensured the successful completion of deadlines and goals. During this time, they also worked as a professor in the courses of Technology in Computer Networks and Systems of Telecommunications.

Alberto's earlier experiences include working as the Coordenador de TI at Escola Tecnológica de Curitiba from October 2002 to September 2006, where they were responsible for coordinating the technical support team and managing IT contracts. Their responsibilities included the design and implementation of telecommunications projects, including cabling, telephony, and internal electrical systems in multiple locations as well as WAN network projects connecting the headquarters and branches.

Alberto's earliest job experience was as a Técnico em Teleinformática at Banco Santos from January 1993 to November 1997.
