Tanja Seydlitz

Tanja Seydlitz has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Tanja is currently the Finance Director at WWF-Netherlands, where they lead a team of 15 and is responsible for financial planning, accounting, reporting, and risk management. Prior to this, they served as a Member of the Management Board at Professional Accountants In Europe (Netherlands), where they provided support and guidance to members and organized technical events. Tanja also held the position of Head of Finance/MT member at Hortus Botanicus Amsterdam, overseeing financial operations and the maintenance of historical monuments. Additionally, they served as the CFO/Board member at Walibi Holland theme park and as a Regional Financial Controller/Regional MT member at Merlin Entertainments, where they managed financial operations for multiple attractions. Tanja has also held various finance and IT roles at Madame Tussauds Amsterdam, SeaLife Munich, Heide-Park Soltau GmbH, and HypoVereinsbank.

Tanja Seydlitz attended RBZ Hannah-Arendt-Schule Flensburg from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained the German equivalent of a degree in Hotel Management. From 1996 to 2002, they studied at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and earned a degree equivalent to a Master of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Controlling, Accounting, Organisation, and Management. In 2009, Tanja attended the Merlin School of Magic for leadership training. Lastly, from 2011 to 2014, they studied at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and earned a degree in Accounting and Business/Management, becoming a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant.
