Corinna X. Chen

Corinna X. Chen currently serves as a Partner at Material Impact since April 2020, while also holding board member positions at Werewool, Huue, Debut Biotech, and Tierra Biosciences. In addition, Corinna acts as an Interim CEO for Folio Photonics and is an investment advisor for the Material Innovation Initiative. Prior experience includes a role as VP of Corporate Development and Finance at Medeor Therapeutics, where $67M was raised and corporate strategy was developed. Corinna's previous positions also include Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at The Medicines Company, handling M&A deals over $700M, and Senior Manager for Business Development & Finance at Incline Therapeutics, where successful acquisition integration took place. Corinna X. Chen holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
