Maarten Sebastiaan Holl

Maarten Sebastiaan Holl has extensive experience in the social services sector, beginning in February 1995 with SHSA Sociaal Advies as a thinker and doer in the social domain, focusing on ethics and personal experiences with welfare services. Currently serving as a member of the Cliëntenraad at WerkSaam Westfriesland since September 2019, Maarten advocates for the interests of citizens receiving social benefits and collaborates on public relations efforts. Past roles include various client management positions across multiple municipalities, such as Gemeente Haarlem and Gemeente Amsterdam, where responsibilities included case management, fraud prevention, and overseeing social assistance applications. Maarten holds a master's degree in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam and has further qualifications in social services, including training as an experiential expert.
