Erwin Heikoop

Erwin Heikoop is an experienced project manager and quality manager currently working at Werkse! since October 2009, specializing in managing implementation projects and improvement processes for the Business Unit Werk & Participatie, with a focus on applications and functional management. Previous roles include consultant for job seekers with social assistance benefits, job coach for individuals with intellectual and/or psychological disabilities at Steinmetz De Compaan, and community advisor for diaconate and missionary work at the Protestant Church in the Netherlands. Erwin has completed numerous training programs, achieving a Bachelor's degree in Godsdienst Pastoraal Werk from Christelijke Hogeschool Ede and additional qualifications in Commercial Economics from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
