Sander Koolwijk

Sander Koolwijk has extensive experience in contract management and workforce development, currently serving as Product- en Leanmanager at Werkse! since April 2014, where the focus is on social employment services in the Delft region. Prior to this, Sander held the position of Contractadviseur at Gemeente Delft from January 2010 to April 2014, overseeing contract management in reintegration and social support. Sander's earlier roles include Accountmanager at Werkplan Arbeidsintegratie, acquiring job opportunities for individuals facing employment barriers, and Accountmanager at Wittebrug Autolease, managing lease contracts and client relationships. Sander began a career as Sr. Commercieel Medewerker at TopTech Niese Uitzendbureaus, connecting temporary workers with employers. Sander is an alumnus of De Haagse Hogeschool, having studied there from 1992 to 1994.
