Shawntell Kroese

Shawntell Kroese has extensive experience in sustainability and sales operations, currently working at Werner Enterprises since March 2021. Prior to this role, Shawntell served as a professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and held various executive positions at Union Pacific Railroad from 1996 to September 2019, including Vice President, where significant contributions included leading a major merger and overseeing a substantial P&L. Shawntell also excelled in multiple Assistant Vice President roles, managing a $2 billion revenue portfolio and improving customer relations. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Creighton University and dual bachelor's degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Business Administration and Business Management. Shawntell also has adjunct teaching experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, and Macroeconomics.
