Taylor Robertson has worked in the watersports industry for over 15 years. In 2004, they began their career as an Athlete and Technical Representative for Dagger Kayaks, where they tested and assisted with the development of the Agent kayak line and coordinated 15 "Paddle with the Pro's" events across the Western U.S. In 2006, Robertson became a Technical Representative and Athlete for Confluence Water Sports, where they organized on-water demonstrations in California, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho and Washington. In 2008, Robertson became a Sales Representative and Athlete for Doyle Standup Boards, where they were responsible for securing pre season orders for California dealers and provided representation at numerous trade shows. In 2009, Robertson became an Ambassador/Athlete for Surftech, where they organized and provided demos for the CA region. In 2010, Robertson became a Sales Representative for Kokatat Water Sports, where they increased sales and visibility of locally designed and manufactured watersports apparel. In 2012, Robertson became a Regional Sales Representative for Werner Paddles, where they organized and coordinated demonstrations, in-store clinics, product presentations, negotiated orders, and executed sales plans/goals. In 2014, Robertson became a Sales Manager for Klean Kanteen/National Outdoor Channel, where they managed and led over 50 domestic independent reps in 50 states. Finally, in 2016, Robertson became the Marketing and Sales Director for Werner Paddles, Inc., where they provided direction and leadership to 4 departments including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Shipping, established and executed forecasted annual and quarterly sales goals, and was responsible for the successful merger between host brand Werner Paddles, Inc and KIALOA sales and marketing departments.

Taylor Robertson attended California State University from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.
