Antoinette Colon has extensive experience in human resources and risk management. Antoinette served as the Director of H.R. & Risk Management at Wes Health System, where they oversaw human resources and risk management for multiple divisions and developed strategies for EEOC responses. Prior to that, they worked as a Benefits Manager at Wes Health System, managing benefit programs for 500 employees and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Antoinette also worked at ECFMG as a Benefits and Wellness Administrator, where they directed benefit programs for over 1,500 employees and worked to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Human Resource Specialist at Communities in Schools of Philadelphia, administering HR plans and procedures, performing benefits administration, and conducting recruitment efforts. Antoinette also served as a Teen Parent Advocate at the same organization.
Antoinette Colon pursued their education starting in 2008 at the La Salle Non Profit Center, where they obtained a Certificate in Human Resources. Antoinette then moved on to Gwynedd Mercy University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General Business Administration. Recently, Antoinette attended The Wharton School from 2022 to 2023, where they completed a Certificate program in Executive Presence & Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development.
