Jeffrey Clem

Jeffrey Clem is an accomplished technical project manager with extensive experience in facilities management and engineering. Currently serving as Sr. Technical Project Manager and Assistant Manager of the Critical Monitoring Group at WES.net since January 2018, Jeffrey previously held the position of Data Center/Facilities Manager at Fluor Corporation, overseeing an IBM Data Center in Boulder, Colorado. Prior experience includes serving as a Class A Stationary Engineer at EMCOR Facilities Services in Philadelphia from June 2008 to January 2014 and as a Machinist Mate Second Class Petty Officer in the US Navy from 2004 to 2008, where Jeffrey worked as a Nuclear Engineering Laboratory Technician.
