Stephen Dayus

Stephen Dayus is a highly experienced technical manager with over 17 years at Wesbeam, having also served as a product development engineer. Previously, Stephen held the role of truss plant manager at Hardware Man, overseeing daily operations, sales, and profitability. Prior to that, a career at Multinail began as a design engineer and culminated in positions as a senior design engineer and New South Wales business development manager. Stephen's background in engineering was further solidified through a Bachelor of Engineering in Structural Engineering from The University of Queensland.
