Michael Childers

Michael Childers has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as the Director of Sales Division at Wesco since January 2016. Prior to this role, Childers was the Director of Global Accounts at Anixter from 2002 until June 2023, where responsibilities included managing the JCI Global Program following the merger of Johnson Controls with Tyco/Simplex Grinnell. Childers also held the position of Vice President of Sales at ARRIS from 1998 to 2002, directing all business activities for ARRIS product offerings to Charter Communications and leading a team of seven direct reports. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Colby College and a high school diploma from Lake Forest High School.
