Shashi Dande

Shashi Dande is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Technology at WESCO Distribution, specializing in AI, machine learning, robotics, and innovation since April 2021. Prior to this role, Shashi held the position of Principal Architect in the CTO office and Innovation at Halliburton, focusing on robotics, automation, and advanced AI technologies from June 2017 to April 2021. A significant part of Shashi's career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise involved architecting and delivering innovative software and firmware for ProLiant servers from April 2000 to June 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as a Firmware Engineer at Intermec Technologies and working as an Associate Member of Technical Staff at Questra Consulting. Shashi is currently pursuing multiple Executive MBA programs, including studies at Cornell University and the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, with educational credentials in electrical engineering and communications engineering.
