Fernando Ragone, MBA, CPA, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Wesdome Gold Mines since March 2024. With extensive experience in the mining sector, Fernando has held various key financial leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Baffinland and Bear Creek Mining Corp, as well as Director of Business Improvements at First Majestic Silver Corp. and Primero Mining Corp. In addition to providing strategic financial oversight, Fernando contributes as an Advisory Board Member at Hive Advisory Inc. and has been instrumental in overseeing major financial operations for mining companies under Glencore and MIM. Fernando's educational background includes an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and a Management Development Program from the University of Toronto.
