Catrin Griffiths has extensive experience in project management, business development, and market analysis within the retail sector. Currently serving as Manager of Business Projects at Wesfarmers since December 2016, Catrin has held various roles including Project Principal and Senior Analyst in Investor Relations. Previous roles include Network Planning Manager for Wesfarmers Department Stores, overseeing strategy for over 500 stores, and a similar position with Target Australia for 300+ stores. Catrin's earlier career includes consulting at Urbis, focusing on retail forecasts and market research, and risk advisory at KPMG. Catrin holds a Master’s degree in Applied Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Arts from the University of Melbourne, along with a Diploma of Investor Relations.
