Claire Leong

Claire Leong serves as the Director of Professional Culture and Practice at Wesley College, Perth, since January 2015, focusing on fostering a culture of belonging, diversity, and inclusion, alongside leading professional learning initiatives. In addition, Claire leads the Languages Department, promoting global mindedness and cultural intelligence in students. Prior experience includes roles such as Program Development Manager for Lattitude Global Volunteering, Chief Executive Officer of the EON Foundation, and consultant for the Association of Independent Schools of Western Australia, where Claire supported independent schools with language and culture programs. Claire's educational background includes a Master's in Educational Leadership from The University of Western Australia, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Curtin University, and a degree in Arts from The University of Western Australia, emphasizing English and French.
