Caroline East

Caroline East is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in strategic change management and project delivery across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Strategic Change at Wesleyan since November 2020, Caroline has enhanced change capabilities through talent acquisition and professional development, achieving a 50% increase in agile delivery and sponsoring £6 million in annual savings. As an owner of JARCO Lettings Ltd and Coogan Commercial Parking Ltd, Caroline has also maintained a focus on residential property letting and commercial parking solutions. Previously, Caroline held significant roles at Coventry Building Society, where responsibilities included overseeing Business Change projects and managing a Project Management Practice. With a strong foundation at Barclaycard, Caroline led the decentralization of the Change function, established a global Portfolio Management Centre, and directed change initiatives that resulted in substantial cost savings.
