Nisheeth Pathak

Nisheeth Pathak has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Nisheeth began their career in 2002 as an HR Executive at Nestle India Limited, where they led a project on Self Managed Teams for manufacturing locations at a country level. In 2004, they joined Hewitt Associates as a Lead Consultant for the Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing industries for India, where they were responsible for business development, client management and project success. In 2007, they moved to HSBC India as a VP Rewards, and then to First Gulf Bank, UAE, as the Head of Rewards & Performance Management and Business Partner - International Business. In 2010, they joined Indus Towers Limited as the General Manager - Total Rewards, and then moved to Noor Investment Group in 2011 as the Head of Rewards, OD & Talent Acquisition, Noor Investment Group and General Manager - Noor BPO. In 2015, they joined Commercial Bank of Dubai as the Head of Organizational Effectiveness and Head of Performance, Rewards & HR Operations. Since 2019, they have been the Founder & CEO of WeSoar.ai.

Nisheeth Pathak's education history includes a High School diploma from South Point High School, Kolkata, obtained in 1997. Nisheeth then went on to pursue a B. Com (Honors) in Accounting and Finance from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata, which they completed in 2000. In 2002, they earned a MA (PM & IR) in Human Resources from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. In 2014, they obtained BPS Levels A and B (EFPA Levels 1 and 2) certification from The British Psychological Society.
