Lauren Musselwhite

Lauren Musselwhite has over a decade of experience in the water services sector, currently serving as NAV Manager at Wessex Water since November 2012. In this role, Lauren is responsible for managing interactions related to New Appointments and Variations (NAVs), ensuring compliance with legislation and regulatory standards. Previous positions at Wessex Water include Wholesale Services Manager, where Lauren led customer engagement and onboarding within the retail market, and Wholesale Service Desk Manager. Prior to Wessex Water, Lauren gained customer service experience at Virgin Media, starting as a Customer Service Advisor and progressing to Technical Support Advisor.
