Todd Whitlock

Todd Whitlock is an experienced leader in the commercial building industry, currently serving as CEO of WEST Builders since 2003, a private sector company with operations in both Northern and Southern California. Prior to this role, Todd held the position of Senior Vice President at Southland Industries from July 2000 to February 2003, and at Pankow Builders from September 1986 to May 2000. Todd's educational background includes a degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where studies were completed from 1979 to 1983, following graduation from Laguna Beach High School in 1979.
