Moshe (Mike) Benjamin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of product and experience design, user experience strategy, and information architecture. Moshe (Mike) is currently working as the VP of Product and Experience Design at West Cary Group since September 2021. Previously, they held multiple roles at Capital One, including Head of Userlabs and 1717 Innovation Center: UX Research and Experience Design, Senior Product Manager: Enterprise Digital Experiences, and Digital Creative Director. At Capital One, they led various UX-design and digital product innovation efforts and played a key role in shaping the vision and strategy for acquisition and loyalty experiences. Moshe (Mike) also worked as a User Experience Strategy Consultant at ONLP, where they co-founded a digital strategy consultancy group and led large-scale UX efforts for eCommerce sites. Additionally, Moshe has worked as a Senior Information Architect at Capital One, designing and architected servicing and enhancement products. Moshe (Mike) began their career as an Information Architect at Microsoft Encarta and as a Web and Multimedia Developer at Circuit City.
Moshe (Mike) Benjamin holds a B.Sc degree in Marketing and Computer Science from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business. In 2009, they obtained a certification as a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from Human Factors International. In 2014, they further obtained a certification as a Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) from the same institution.
