Fiona Dillon

Fiona Dillon is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at West Coast Eagles since November 2017, Fiona is responsible for graduate development programs, group initiatives, and management of learning systems. Prior to this role, Fiona held various positions at Air Liquide Australia and its Asia Pacific region, where responsibilities included project management for HRIS systems deployment and development of HR strategies. Fiona's career also includes experience as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and a Human Resources Advisor at notable organizations. Fiona earned a Business Degree in HR and Business Law from Edith Cowan University.
