Napoleon Monroe

Napoleon Monroe serves as the Managing Director of New Directions Technology Consulting since 2008, where expertise includes aiding organizations in developing and implementing strategic plans. As the sole inventor of the mMed patent portfolio, Napoleon also maintains active membership in several organizations such as the American Telemedicine Association, GTMRx Institute, and Health Innovation Alliance. Presenting on topics related to combination product development at Drug Delivery Partnerships and PODD Partnership Opportunities in Drug Delivery, Napoleon has additionally contributed to the American Dental Association and PDA - Parenteral Drug Association on regulatory standards and automated data capture. Engagement with the FDA includes roles as a moderator and panelist focused on management within regulated environments. Napoleon holds a BS in Business from East Carolina University and further education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
