Niamh McCarthy

Niamh McCarthy currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at West Cork Distillers since September 2019, following a progressive career in human resources management at Global Shares and Spearline®. Prior experiences include roles as Head of Operations at L-ev8 Marketing and Project Manager at PwC, in addition to support positions at Ericsson and O2 Ireland. Niamh's educational background includes a Master of Laws in Employment Law in Practice from Leeds Beckett University, a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland, and a BA in Human Resources from the National College of Ireland, complemented by qualifications in Journalism and Insurance from Dublin Business School and University of Limerick, respectively.
