Cynthia Webb

Cynthia Webb is an experienced benefits manager with a strong background in human resources and benefits administration. Currently serving as Benefits Manager at West Fraser since March 2021, Cynthia oversees the design, implementation, and administration of health, welfare, and retirement plans while collaborating with senior management on financial analysis and HR initiatives. Previously, Cynthia held the position of Senior Director at Varsity Spirit from 2018 to February 2021, where responsibilities included planning and communication of employee benefits. Cynthia's earlier experience includes a role in human resources at Varsity Spirit from 2013 to 2017, focusing on recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration, as well as ten years as an Account Manager at Capital Benefits Group from 2003 to 2013, specializing in client services and benefits plan design. Cynthia holds a BS in Organizational Management from Crichton College.
