Gregory Pearce

Gregory Pearce is an experienced production and operations manager with a diverse background in manufacturing and management roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Production Manager at West Fraser since October 2023, Gregory previously held the position of Operations Manager at Enviva from October 2022 to October 2023. Gregory's expertise includes senior operations management roles at Prolec GE and General Electric Manufacturing Company (GEMAC), as well as various management positions at The Crosby Group, Ardagh Group, Hood Industries, Ronpak, Inc., General Cable, and UOP. Gregory earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Production Operations Management from Louisiana Tech University from 1990 to 1994.
