Roberta Herron

Roberta Herron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and configuration within the healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as a Business Applications Analyst at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center since October 2017, Roberta has previously worked as a Business/Configuration Analyst and Business Analyst at Molina Healthcare, where responsibilities included requirements gathering and system configuration. In the educational field, Roberta has been a member of the West Genesee School District Board of Education since July 2007, currently holding the position of President. Additional experience includes roles at COUNTERPOINT HOLDINGS, LLC, ISSI Technology Professionals, and AXA Equitable, where Roberta focused on business process improvement and collaboration. Roberta holds an Associate's degree in Humanities from Onondaga Community College.
