Loraine Chan

Loraine Chan is an experienced professional in the performing arts and event management sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Technical and Productions (Performing Arts) at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since September 2022. Prior to this role, Loraine held various positions at Ocean Park Corporation, including Support Manager for Operations and Events, Event Manager, and Project Manager from September 2013 to September 2022. Additionally, Loraine worked as a Stage Manager for Entertainment Productions at Hong Kong Disneyland from July 2008 to September 2013 and briefly as an Associate Production Manager at Walt Disney Imagineering. Loraine’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Marketing with Festival and Event Management from Edinburgh Napier University, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Technical Arts from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, and various certifications in sports mental coaching and lifeguarding.
