Ronald Sum currently serves as the Head of Marketing and Branding (District Development) and Head of CRM and Customer Experience at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ronald held the position of Manager - Brand Management at New World China from May 2018 to November 2021, overseeing branding activities in mainland China.
