Steven Chan is a seasoned professional in event management and strategic partnerships, currently serving as Senior Manager at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since October 2015. With prior experience as Event Manager and Senior Production Manager at Bespoke Creative Event Agency and as Account Manager at Pico Global, Steven has developed expertise in managing all aspects of event production, including supplier management, logistics, and budget adherence.
