Phoebe Kung

Phoebe Kung is a Design Manager at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since May 2023, previously serving as a Part-time Lecturer in Architecture at the Vocational Training Council from September 2022 to May 2023. Phoebe has extensive experience in architectural design, having worked as an Associate and Senior Architectural Designer at LAAB Architects from 2018 to May 2023, and as an Architect at Atkins from 2015 to 2018. Prior roles include Architectural Assistant at HASSELL (2014-2015), Junior Designer at davidclovers (2012-2013), and Preceptee at Rogers Marvel Architects (2010-2011). Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from Rice University (2011-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Architecture from Rice University (2006-2010).
