Bryan Venberg

Bryan has worked in the retail industry since he was a teenager and has worked in almost all areas of the typical "retail" model over his career. He did spend most of his time in Human Resources and Loss prevention at several different points throughout his career. He is an avid sports fan and loves to travel with his three kids to many sporting events all around the US.

Bryan joined West Marine in early 2020 and has responsibility for Human Resources, Loss Prevention and Distribution for the company. He is most excited to help drive the development of the talent at West Marine and help build a stronger culture focused on the team and a strong customer experience.

During Bryan's career, he has been known for having a huge passion around developing his team and helping to support the operational teams so they can achieve great results for the company and the customer. He has a lot of energy and strives to build a great team across the company.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology/Communications from Minnesota State University – Mankato.
