Eric Lahaman Astillero

Eric Lahaman Astillero, RN, MN, CGM, EMT, currently serves as the Director of Nursing and Chief Nursing Officer at West Metro Medical Center since May 2023. Previous roles include Director of Training at PMC, where Astillero was also the head of operations, and Critical Care Transport Officer. As a university instructor at Western Mindanao State University from March 2019 to July 2023, Astillero contributed to the Emergency Medical and Allied Health Services program. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at ALS Life Support Services Inc., Zamboanga Puericulture School of Allied Medicine, and Rescue 2 Ambulance Service, along with facilitating various emergency medical courses. Astillero holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Medical Surgical and a Master of Public Administration from Western Mindanao State University, complemented by a background in Emergency Medical Services.
