Emma Spencer

Emma Spencer is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience in criminal justice services. Currently serving as Superintendent and Deputy Head of Criminal Justice Services at West Midlands Police since November 2023, Emma has previously held key positions at Nottinghamshire Police from May 2021 to November 2023 as Head of Custody and Chief Inspector, and at Leicestershire Police from September 2008 to May 2021 as an Inspector. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Nottingham Trent University, demonstrating a solid academic foundation in the field.
