Amy Sparling

Amy Sparling has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Amy has been with West Monroe since 2012, initially serving as the Technical Recruiting Lead and then progressing to positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Manager and Director of Talent Acquisition. Currently, Amy holds the role of Managing Director, where they lead the high-performing Talent Acquisition function and collaborates with business leaders to attract top talent. Amy has played a significant role in growing and enhancing the capabilities of the Talent Acquisition department, including refining interview and selection processes. Prior to their time at West Monroe, Amy worked at Apex Systems as a Technical Recruiting Account Manager, where they developed partnerships with IT professionals and provided value by aligning businesses with IT solutions and recruiting resources. Amy's work experience showcases their expertise in talent acquisition, recruiting, and strategic partnership-building.

Amy Sparling attended Michigan State University from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Science.
